something aint right

Ever get the feeling that you are left in the dark? Not always about health but in personal aspects. Are you truelly loved by the person who swears they are in your corner or are they just blowing smoke like everyone else. If you asked them 100 to walk away from everything could they?My own insecurities creap up just about the time I get sick again.I know its back.I cant fake it.Ive known for a while.Where the hell do we go from here?
