Dear Cancer, I always thought that with this you'd do all the taking, leaving me with nothing but the remnants of my life. I was wrong, the amount of good I've gotten, the wisdom, the knowledge, the appreciation for life, the strength, and the love... You took pieces of me, you left some scars, but in the end I won.
