Diagnosed in 2004 with Testicular cancer when i was 22... in my opinion one of the best to get as you can only get it twice... (Interesting fact, when one testicle is gone, the other one works twice as hard). I had a two surgeries one to remove the testicle (They did put a prosthetic one in it's place for nothing more then cosmetics... and to balance me out when I run). Cat scans showed that I had possibly infected lymph nodes so my second surgery was a retroperitoneal dissection. Basically they cut 1 1/2 feet down my stomach and took out tons of lymph nodes. Luckily after that I had no cancer so chemo was not needed. I have had a normal life... I'd like to say an even better one after everything was done. However, it's been now 12 years and every time I get sick or have a pain I worry is it back. Feel free to contact me if you or anyone you know needs to talk about it.

I'm fully open with talking about every aspect of having cancer, dealing with cancer, having sex (Being 22, this was a big deal when being told we are removing your testicle), and the mental and physical well being of dealing with it. The best thing I did when I was told I had cancer was talk to other people who had it.
